BSNL IPTV MyWay not myway

I have been using Cable TV service for almost 15+ yrs. Recently, I thought of switching to a DTH TV for more clarity and channels. I browsed through different DTH service sites to check their packages and services. Out of the blue one day, I got call from BSNL that they are providing IPTV Service for its customers known as “MyWay”. This service is available only to BSNL and MTNL broadband customers. I was happy because it’s free for three months. (You need to pay Rs.50 for first 3 months towards service charge). You only need to deposit Rs.1500 (Refundable) against the Set Top Box. If you like the service, you can continue after 3 months. I thought I strike the best deal @ Rs.150 for three months with 200+ channels! Wow. I have to admit that their service is pretty fast in terms of Installation. So I am all set to experience the IPTV MyWay!!!! Cockroach Veg in Biriyani in Punjabi Times !!

I had a strange and nightmarish experience ordering a vegetable birayani. I was craving for some good food amidst my hectic work schedule and ordered veg biryani along with few other items at Punjabi Times on the Bannerghatta Road opposite to Shoppers Stop. The bill was 400 rupees. The service was prompt in 30 min. I opened the food packet and started munching couple of spoons of veg biryani. To my nightmare I found a cockroach. On complaining to the restaurant Manager, he was trying to pacify and saying that it all happens sir... we are sorry. I asked him to put me to the owner and they were reluctant and finding reasons to put us to him and wasnt willing to divulge his number. On asking for what needs to be done, or at least refund the money, the Manager was saying they would have to check with their owner about it and he is not available. Tata Indicom Broadband Sucks!!

I think any one who has been a customer of Tata Indicom,internet service, would agree with me that it's a greatest mistake they have done unfortunately. Believe me they have the worst ever customer service on earth ,that drives you crazy and brings out nerves in you. I took up a Broad Band connection with Min 256kbps to Max 2 mbps. Forget about 256kbps..till last three months I am getting 175 kbps. I lodged more than 10 complaints; but no response. Initially they will claim all good stuffs..like high speed internet service, quick solving of customer oriented problems..etc etc. forget about the high speed, they don't even reach the minimum speed..they don't bother to solve the issue, the worst part is that they close the case without even your knowledge! From my personel experience I would never ever suggest any one to go for it because it will make your life hell..your time and hard earned money will go into drain.. They should better put the add as.
